To support its high-volume operations, we implemented one of the most comprehensive weighbridge software solutions in Sri Lanka, seamlessly connecting multiple weighbridges into a centralized, intelligent management platform. The system covers the entire operational cycle, from paddy receiving and stock transfers to finished goods dispatch and sales, ensuring speed, precision, and full traceability. 🏭 Litro Gas

DevBitsSolutions has successfully delivered a weighbridge software solution for Litro Gas, one of the two largest gas producers in Sri Lanka. This project was implemented in collaboration with AVENTURA, the appointed weighbridge service provider. The current system operates as a semi-automated solution, with a clear roadmap toward full automation in the next phase. At present, the platform utilizes a secure card-based process integrated with QR card readers to efficiently capture and retrieve vehicle information. The system supports multiple weighing categories, including shipment, return, bulk, and transfer operations, ensuring smooth and structured transaction handling across different operational requirements. Designed for scalability and operational efficiency, the solution enhances accuracy, traceability, and overall workflow management within Litro Gas’s weighbridge operations.

📦 ATG Gloves

DevBitsSolutions has successfully implemented conveyor belt weighing software for ATG Gloves across Sri Lanka. The conveyor belt systems, manufactured by Greendale, are fully operated and controlled by our advanced software solution. Our system integrates seamlessly with SAP databases by scanning carton barcodes, retrieving relevant product information in real time, and validating each carton’s weight against predefined standards. Based on the weight verification result, the system instantly provides visual feedback through indicator lights, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. In addition, we have collaborated with NEOVATIC, a leading ERP solutions provider based in Hyderabad, India, to ensure smooth system integration and reliable enterprise-level performance.
